Construction Services has evolved since 2004 when we began working the Alicante region in Spain, initially carrying out minor works and repairs, progressing to larger and more complex projects all the while building a professional reputation for quality and reliability which has allowed us to create the business that we have today which caters for all types of construction works irrespective of value.

Our aim is to continue making our clients happy and increasing our clientele to support the local economy by our continued use of local businesses, suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors so that the local community benefits where possible and drawing support from within the area.  We have a very varied client base, many of our clients have become good friends and they are a constant source of support with their recommendations to future clients.

Pre-Purchase Surveys:
A survey indicating the condition of the property explaining any existing defects and giving advice on suitable types of repair and costings.

Building Advice:
We can provide advice on building/construction problems, advice on the feasibility of proposed alterations or changes you wish to make to your property.

Licence and Permissions Service:
We can arrange for the application of permissions and building licences on your behalf, including Architects and Projects and dealing with your local town hall.

Insurance work:
We can carry out works related to insurance claims and provide you with the tax invoices that your insurance company will require.

Project Management:
Based on our experience in the UK and our knowledge of the Spanish construction and permissions process, we can manage your construction projects, including design, pricing, supervision of the works and payments.
